Steel wire rod for Tire Bead Wire

Under the standard of GB/T 24242.2-2009 and enterprise inside controlled standard, the main grades of wire rod for tire bead wire are C70DA, C72DA, C80DA,C82DA,C88DA and C92DA. Because of the large drawing deformation the steel is required to have fewer contents of S and P, less impurity and accurate rolling tolerance. QIS has become the supplier of some main domestic tire bead wire producers with large quantities of production of hot rolled wire rod of tire bead wire. It passed the evaluation organized by Qingdao Economic Committee and Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau in Dec., 2007 and the quality of C82DA has reached the national advanced level. The monthly production has reached more than 30,000 tons with good reactions from customers. Application-Mainly used for drawing tire bead wire with common and high strength.
